Ended up buying 5-6 of these guys.Garage, 3 entrance doors, internal furnace and storage room. Easy to code in access numbers to allow a handyman or visitor in. Do not have to worry about extra keys getting lost or not present when needed. A country house we often have people meeting us there and they may arrive before us, or when we have to go out to do an errand. Ditto with having people come to do work. Rather than have them mill around, or worse leave, an access number makes it easy for everyone. Plus when I am working in the garage, or the garden I don't have to worry about carrying around keys. I would recommend getting the one with an included dead bolt for peace of mind. then no one can just walk in while you are there. Also good idea to code in a couple of extra numbers (and keep a little list) so that you can provide to someone on the fly if needed (like an emergency) without giving up your main...
