Since the local Big hardware stores do not carry dummy handsets I decided to order it through Amazon instead of the hardware store (not much difference in price but I get quick shipping through Amazon). The product arrived as scheduled. Quick eyeball inspection of the handset showed a small noticeable scratch/scrape on the dummy lock. While all the parts appeared to be included, some of the parts were loose in the box since the plastic parts bag was broken open when I received the product. It looked to me like the product was a previous return. I decided to return the product because of the scratch. There is another major reason I would absolutely not recommend purchasing this product and would return it. If you put the dummy handset next to the active handset you can see a very big difference in the finish. The dummy handset finish looked like it was painted with a can of cheap... The build precision is great with this product line. My only reason for taking back one star is that the inside portion of the non-functioning dead bolt and handle do not share the same design elements. The round back-plate does not share the same "camelot" design as all the other handles and locks. Very odd.  Beautiful! Great service & price!
