Additionally, the style is extremely functional. Having carpal tunnel and arthritis issues, I cannot tolerate traditional door knobs. This is simplistic functionality at its finest. I particularly like the fact that the lower plate of the exterior handle is adjustable in the event that the lockset is a replacement, as mine was. I adjusted the location of the plate slightly and was able to use the same hole in the door. I will only purchase Schlage products; the quality of their manufacture is unparalleled. The quality of the product is evident not only in the attention to detail in the design, but also in the functional pieces that make up the lockset.
